Water Jel® Fire Blanket
 
The Water-Jel Heat Shield Fire Extinguishing Blanket is made of worsted wool and features an intercellular weave that can absorb up to 13 times its weight. The biodegradable, bacteriostatic, water-soluble gel it contains helps extinguish the flame, cool the burn, and slow burn progression and pain. It also helps to stabilize the patient in preparation for transport to a burn center or ER. The blanket also provides protection against flames and heat. Comes packaged in a convenient orange canister. 72" x 60". Single-use only.
