Service Description
The Blues Program is an internationally acclaimed wellbeing program for young people aged 14-19 (grades 8-12). Over six hours of classes, it teaches emotional resilience, and reduces low mood and anxious thoughts.The Blues Program gives young people the tools to look after their emotional well-being. The Blues Program is an evidence-based prevention program for teens with symptoms of anxiety, stress, and depression. This group program teaches skills that strengthen their power to push back and take more control over negative thoughts and feelings.
